TriNET successfully led their ERP implementation efforts. We provided complete project management, finance, distribution and manufacturing functional consulting, design and implementation, application and database administration, and complete development support for the implementation of an ERP solution. The client requested TriNET follow up the implementation with a series of intermediate projects to optimize their
application utilization. Since the client viewed the incorporation of the full functionality of the Service module as mission critical for them, our client asked TriNET to deliver the installation, training, and specific
customizations to fit their business. TriNET completed this task on budget and on time. The client also required assistance from TriNET in the development of enhancements to the financial reporting system, related to the internal reorganization of two strategic business units. Again TriNET delivered on time and on budget. These additional activities provided our client with a much-improved ROI on their ERP implementation.

Client: Contract manufacturer of precision-machined components.

The client selected us to replace the initial implementation partner when the implementation was floundering. We re-engineered the project, trained the personnel, and successfully concluded the project to go-live stage. implementation of the solution. As a result of TriNET’s ability to reset the project and bring it in on time and on budget, the client requested that TriNET continue the business relationship as consulting partner, providing post-implementation assistance. We provided all of the essential technical and functional support required for the client’s key software applications environment.

Client: $200M manufacturer of thermal imaging technology.

We performed an audit of the company's ERP system installation and prepared recommendations
for optimization in planning and order management. As a result, TriNET was invited to prepare a
proposal to conduct a needs assessment to define a full optimization program and additional
customized end-user training.

Industry: AUTOMOTIVE

Client: the largest automotive mirror producer in the world.

Selected by the client to lead the implementation of a manufacturing and Supply Chain Execution system.
We provided total project management, finance, distribution and manufacturing functional consulting, design and implementation, application and database administration, and turnkey development support for the
implementation of the Supply Chain solution. TriNET also led the data conversion and migration effort from multiple legacy systems. TriNET’s successful implementation resulted in additional assignments in the areas of EDI interface development between the ERP system and Sterling Commerce software, customizations of DLL’s, VB script writing and ActiveX control development. The successful conclusion of these projects has led to an on going “Trusted Partner” relationship between the client and TriNET.
