Prior to founding TriNET in 1994, Mr. Sanghera held various management positions with the Olivetti Corporation for nearly 20 years, the most significant being the Managing Director of the International Business Division. He successfully turned around the ailing and disjointed unit into a highly profitable and internationally recognized entity. The international operation covered 32 countries covering Americas, EMEA, and AsiaPac. The US and foreign news and television media has extensively covered the success stories of this operation.

Prior to Olivetti, Mr. Sanghera worked for Fortune 500 global manufacturing and distribution companies, responsible for design and implementation of business processes for Automotive, Food, Soft Drinks, and Engineering sectors. He holds several board level positions, and a B.Sc. (Electronics and Mathematics) and M.Sc.(Management Studies).
